I love Goron Spice. It is a very versatile spice blend that can be used for both Zelda related and non-Zelda related dishes. Sometimes, though, you need something different. For example, Gerudo cuisine uses meats that need seasoning. They have poultry dishes, and poultry can always use a helping hand from some spice to give it flavor. The Gerudo give off a slight Persian and Spanish vibe, so I felt a spice mix that leans in that direction would complement the meats of their dishes. So, I created Gerudo Spice!
Ingredients
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp sumac
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Combine all spices together in a bowl and mix to thoroughly blend.
