This is a spice from the Eldin region, central to the cooking of the Gorons of Death Mountain. Though originating with the Gorons, it is used throughout all of Hyrule in a number of dishes, particularly when a sweet and spicy balance of flavor is required.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
½ tbsp Tumeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and blend together thoroughly. Great for use on meats and in curries!
