This spice blend gets some smokiness from the cumin and paprika, some sweetness from the cinnamon and brown sugar, and some heat from the chili powder. I use this spice blend for fajitas, enchiladas, and all sorts of Mexican or Tex-Mex inspired dishes.
Ingredients
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cinnamon

Combine all of the spices together and mix well to fully blend.
