As you can probably guess by the name, this is a spice rub that I use on pork. It can be used for any meat really, but I feel it’s best for pork, particularly grilled chops and loin.
Ingredients
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp ground cumin
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground sumac
½ tsp dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to thoroughly blend.
